Your order will be delivered within 1–7 business days (depending on product availability).
Delivery times are between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM (subject to the distance of the area and the delivery company’s schedule).
Please note that shipments are not dispatched on official public holidays.
Of course, you can cancel the order if the shipment is not delivered to you, and the full amount will be returned.
Delivery is available across the UAE, except for the following areas: Al Ruwais, Ghayathi, Al Sila, Bida Al Mutawa, and Habshan.
Delivery fee = AED 30.
For remote areas = AED 50 (Al Qou’, Al Waqn, Sweihan, Nahil, Al Khazna, Al Rahba, Al Khatem, and the Western Region).
Since our products are food products; We apologize for any product returns. If you are not satisfied with the products; Please contact us via email to solve the problem.
Payment can be made in cash upon delivery, by credit card, or via Apple Pay.
Bank transfers are not accepted, as the company does not currently maintain a bank account.
If your shipment does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us and we will look into the matter.
