Ingredients:
- Gluten-free flour (corn, rice and lentil flour, cornstarch and tapioca, thickener).
- Natural cane sugar.
- Organic rice milk powder.
- Yeast.
- Vanilla.
- Cardamom.
- Saffron.
Quantity = 20 pieces approximately.
Validity and preservation:
- Valid for months.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:
- For 1 cup of batter: 250 ml warm water + 1 egg.
- For the full batter: 900 ml warm water + 4 eggs.
Preparation steps:
- Gradually add the eggs and warm water while mixing. The batter will be thin.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Prepare a pan over medium-low heat and grease it with some ghee.
- Pour the batter into circular shapes and let it cook on one side until bubbles form and the surface of the batter becomes dry.
- Turn it over and let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Grease the chebab with some ghee and serve with honey or molasses.
