Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free flour (corn, rice and lentil flour, cornstarch and tapioca, thickener).
  • Natural cane sugar.
  • Organic rice milk powder.
  • Yeast.
  • Vanilla.
  • Cardamom.
  • Saffron.

Quantity = 20 pieces approximately.

Validity and preservation:

  • Valid for months.
  • Store in a cool and dry place.

Ingredients:

  • For 1 cup of batter: 250 ml warm water + 1 egg.
  • For the full batter: 900 ml warm water + 4 eggs.

Preparation steps:

  • Gradually add the eggs and warm water while mixing. The batter will be thin.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare a pan over medium-low heat and grease it with some ghee.
  • Pour the batter into circular shapes and let it cook on one side until bubbles form and the surface of the batter becomes dry.
  • Turn it over and let it cook for a few more minutes.
  • Grease the chebab with some ghee and serve with honey or molasses.
